Backup Partition Table

In order to backup the hard disk partition table and boot sector of partition to a file, press "Shift+F1" key or select "Backup Partition Table" from the "Operations" menu, then enter the backup file name for saving. You can backup the file not only to the prime hard disk but also any hard disks connected to this machine or removable disk drive. And we recommend you the latter one.

If you have backed up partition table as a file, when you meet Frequent Partition Error, you just restore partition table to recover partition table and the boot sector of partitions.

Notes: If you boot from Partition Table Doctor CD and want to backup partition table to floppy drive, you cannot backup it to drive A:, because the drive A: is virtual drive of CD, you can backup partition table to drive B: (i.e. b:\\disk.dat).
