Delete Partition

Use Delete partition to remove a partition from a hard disk. The data in the partition will keep residing on the hard disk, it can only be made accessible by data recovery software.

If you prefer to remove a partition from a hard disk and destroy all the data, you can use the Delete and Secure Erase option. Once a partition is securely erased, it cannot be brought back with data recovery software.

STEPS TO DELETE A PARTITION

1. On the Harddisks drop-down list, select the disk with the partition you want to delete.
2. On the disk map, select the partition you want to delete and click PARTITION > DELETE on the menu bar.
3. Click Delete or Delete and Secure Erase.
4. Click OK

Notes: The Delete operations may change drive letter assignments.

Super Fdisk deletes partition only in DOS System. To delete a partition in Windows System, please turn to EaseUS Partition Master.
