Restore Partition Table
Posted by Ricky Watson to Partition Recovery
To restore the partition table and boot sector of partition from a backup file, press "F2" key or select "Restore Partition Table" from "Operations" menu, then enter the file name for restoring to the hard disk.
You can preview the proportional partition of the backup files that will be recovered before you restore the file to disk. There are two choice: "Disk" restore file directly to hard disk. Warning: This operation could not be recovered under DOS.
If you are not sure about your backup file, we recommend you choose "VirtualDisk" choice, this choice uses memory instead. You are able to confirm that the partition table is just what you want by the graphic mode displayed on the dialogue box of partitions information.
Please press the "Ctrl+S" key or selecting "Save" from the "General" menu later-on. If you choose "VirtualDisk", the boot sector of each partition will not be restored!
